Specify the province or territory, intended language, accessibility considerations and whether the project is online or in person. Avoid presenting all Canadian users as one audience. If the proposal involves health information, identify the qualified reviewers and evidence behind it.
Describe what information the project would require and whether the goal could be met without identifiable member data. Do not send health records or member lists with an enquiry.
